To ensure you have peace of mind, we offer a 30-day return policy along with a 1-year warranty on all items purchased directly from us.

30-Day Return Policy

You have the right to return any product purchased from LUXIFIBRE PTY LTD within 30 days of receiving the goods. To qualify for a return and refund, the product must meet the following conditions:

Conditions for Return:

  1. Original Condition: The product must be returned in the exact condition you received it. This includes all original packaging, accessories, instruction manuals, and protective materials.

  2. Unused & Unopened: The product must be unused, unopened, and free from any damage, marks, or signs of wear.

  3. Buyer Responsible for Return Shipping: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not cover return shipping expenses, and these are non-refundable.

Non-Eligible Returns:

  • Products that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging and accessories will not be accepted for return.

  • For hygiene reasons, opened consumable products such as hair fibers or shampoos cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.

Return Process:

  2. Receive Return Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship to Our Warehouse: The item must be sent back to our warehouse at:

  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items to ensure it arrives safely.

  • LUXIFIBRE PTY LTD is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

  • Items returned without prior communication may be rejected.

1-Year Warranty Policy

All products purchased from LUXIFIBRE PTY LTD come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. We stand by the quality and durability of our products and are committed to addressing any manufacturing defects or faults.

Warranty Coverage Includes:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

  • Electrical or mechanical failures not caused by misuse.

  • Faults arising under normal product use as intended.

Warranty Exclusions:

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, mishandling, or neglect.

  • Cosmetic damages such as scratches, dents, or wear and tear.

  • Products that have been used contrary to their intended purpose.

  • Consumable items like hair fibers or opened liquids unless they are found to be defective upon arrival.

Warranty Claim Process:

  2. Assessment: Our team will assess the claim and may request additional information or evidence of the fault.

  3. Return if Required: In some cases, we may ask you to return the faulty product to us for inspection.

  4. Resolution: Once your warranty claim is approved, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the fault and product availability. We will cover shipping costs for approved warranty replacements.

Important Warranty Notes:

  • Warranty is valid only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process all warranty claims.

  • Warranty claims must be made within 12 months from the date of purchase.
